Happy September! I hope everyone had an amazing summer! We're heading into fall, the schedule is filling back up, and there is A LOT of dancing happening this month!

We've got our regular weekly classes, the return of our Monthly Dance, another guest instructor night at Kisco, and the first LICMA dance of the new season!

Here's everything happening in September!

 
Tuesday Beginner Lessons & Open Dance

Massapequa Elks Lodge
 2162 Veterans Blvd., Massapequa

Tuesday nights are all about learning, dancing, and having a good time! Whether you're brand new to line dancing or just looking to work on the basics and get some extra floor time, come join us!

 September 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th

 Lessons begin at 7:00 PM
 $15 at the door

 Open dancing between lessons!

 Full bar available — please support our host venue by purchasing your drinks at the bar.

 Wednesday Improver & Intermediate Lessons

Massapequa Elks Lodge

Wednesday nights are for our Improver and Intermediate dancers! Come learn some great dances, work on your technique, and of course have some laughs along the way!

 September 2nd, 16th, 23rd & 30th

Improver: 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Intermediate: 8:30 PM – 10:00 PM

 Open dancing between lessons!

 $15 per person

Country Thursdays at Michael's Billiards

Country Thursdays continue at Michael's Billiards in Island Park!

 4060 Austin Blvd., Island Park

These nights are always a blast, and the dance floor and parking lot fill up quickly, so come early and grab your spot!

 Doors Open: 6:30 PM

Absolute Beginner/Beginner: 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM

High Beginner/Improver: 8:30 PM – 10:00 PM

 LICMA IS BACK!

I'm really excited for this one!

The Long Island Country Music Association is officially kicking off its new season, and I'll be there as both your DJ AND Instructor!

This will also be our first LICMA dance back with me as President, and I'm excited for everyone to see some of the new things we have planned for the year ahead.

Bring your favorite snacks and drinks and join us for another great night of dancing, laughs, music, and friends!

 We'll have our awesome door prizes along with the always-popular Candy Guessing Game!

I've missed our monthly dance crew, so I'm definitely looking forward to getting everyone back together and filling that dance floor again!

 New Dance Spotlight — "Memo"

I'm excited to share my newest choreography, Memo, to the song Memo by Dasha!

It's already starting to make its way onto dance floors, and it's been awesome seeing people learning, teaching, and dancing it! Memo is a 32-count, 4-wall beginner dance with one restart.
